Daily Gazette Coloring Contest: A Journey of Creativity and Inspiration

The Daily Gazette proudly presents its annual Coloring Contest, a celebration of young artistic talent and imaginative expression. This year, we invite children ages 4 to 12 to embark on a delightful journey of colors and creativity, expressing their unique vision through their coloring prowess.

Categories and Age Groups:

To accommodate the diverse artistic abilities of our young participants, the contest is divided into four age categories:

Category A: Ages 4-5
Category B: Ages 6-7
Category C: Ages 8-9
Category D: Ages 10-12

Submission Guidelines:

Download the Coloring Page: Visit our website or pick up a copy of the coloring page at participating locations.
Coloring Materials: Use crayons, colored pencils, markers, or any other medium of your choice.
Creativity: Encourage your child to experiment with colors, patterns, and designs, fostering their individuality and artistic expression.
Personal Information: Fill out the entry form on the back of the coloring page with the child's name, age, and contact information.
Submission Deadline: Mail your completed entry to the Daily Gazette office by the specified deadline.

Judging and Recognition:

A panel of experienced artists and educators will meticulously evaluate all entries based on creativity, originality, and technical skill.

First Place: One winner will be selected from each age category and awarded a $50 gift certificate and featured in the Daily Gazette.
