Stolen Dogs Recovered from Billings Mobile Vet-to-Go, Stolen Car Remains Missing
On December 29, 2023, the Billings Police Department reported the theft of two dogs from Billings Mobile Vet-to-Go, a mobile veterinary clinic. The stolen dogs, Chloe, a 10-year-old golden retriever, and Max, a 6-year-old miniature poodle, were sedated at the time of the theft. The stolen car containing the dogs, a 2017 Toyota Tacoma, was also taken from the clinic.

On January 4, 2024, hope flickered when Chloe, the golden retriever, was found wandering near South Billings Boulevard. Thanks to her implanted microchip, Chloe was identified and safely returned to her owners. The joy and relief of the reunion were palpable.
